Five bedrooms across 2.5 wooded acres, with fifty feet of private Keuka shoreline in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Nine years of five-star stays. Booked straight from us for the first time.
The lake that flows both ways, and the cabin that has kept its five stars since 2017.
For nine years this cabin lived behind a platform that took a cut, owned the guest relationship, and could pull the listing on a whim. Booking here changes that. Same home, same standard, a better price, and a real person on the other end who knows the water, the dock, and the best winery to hit first.
Platforms stack a guest service fee on every night. Book direct and that money stays in your trip.
Questions about the dock, a late arrival, bringing the dog. You reach the person who runs the place.
Nothing about the cabin changed. The same home 219 guests have rated, booked without the middle layer.
Join the list and you hear about summer weekends and holiday weeks before they go anywhere else.
Secluded on 2.5 wooded acres with a running creek, a wrap-around panoramic porch, an outdoor kitchen, and a dock with stairs and ladders into some of the warmest water on the lake. Inside: open-concept living under big windows, a brand-new twenty-foot Bluestone fireplace, and room for fifteen without anyone tripping over anyone.
Summer is the dock, the kayaks, and sun off the water. Fall is harvest and foliage across the vineyards. Winter puts you thirty minutes door-to-lift at Bristol Mountain, with ski storage, a boot and glove dryer, and that twenty-foot fireplace waiting for the drive home. This is a year-round cabin, not a July-only one.

Locals call it the Lady of the Lakes. It is the only lake in the country shaped like a Y, and the only one that flows both north and south. You sit on the west branch just outside Branchport, looking across the water toward the Bluff, twenty minutes from a dozen of the best wineries in the East and a straight hour in from Rochester.
Swim off the dock in some of the warmest water in the Finger Lakes. Paddle the quiet west branch, or watch the sun drop behind the Bluff from your own fifty feet of frontage.
Dr. Frank, Heron Hill, Bully Hill, Keuka Spring, Domaine LeSeurre. A full loop of the lake runs about an hour, so you taste your way around and are back on the dock by dinner.
Hammondsport, once named the coolest small town in America, home to the Glenn Curtiss aviation museum. Penn Yan brings a 19th-century Main Street, Amity Coffee, and Saturday's Windmill Market.
Thirty minutes door to lift. Ski storage, a boot and glove dryer, and a twenty-foot Bluestone fireplace for the après. Race weekends are easy from here.
Walk the Keuka Outlet Trail past old mill ruins toward Seneca, or drive to Watkins Glen and its waterfalls. The Finger Lakes Trail runs wild just south.
Branchport sits at the north end, so it is the straight shot in from Rochester, about an hour, with none of the winding lakeshore crawl. Ninety minutes from Syracuse, two from Buffalo, and Rochester or Elmira-Corning airports both close.

Repeat guests and full-week stays are quoted below the direct rate. Just ask.
Send your dates and party size. You get a real reply from the owner with availability and an exact direct quote, usually same day.
Summer weekends and holiday weeks go fast. Join the list and you hear about them before they hit any platform, plus the occasional direct-only rate. One email when it matters, never noise.
